Toronto Design Offsite Festival

The Toronto Design Offsite Festival, also known as DesignTO, is a design week showcasing the talents and skills of Canadian designers. With over 100 exhibitions and events, this has become the largest cultural celebration of design in Canada since 2010. The next Toronto Design Offsite Festival will be held next year on January 17-26, 2020. It is expected to be as successful as this year’s event, as it aims to advance design culture in Canada.

Canadian International Auto Show

If you are a car lover and lives in Canada, don’t miss this event. This is Canada’s largest auto show in partnership with Auto Trader. Since 1974, Canadian International Auto Show has been annually exhibiting every February at the Metro Toronto Convention Center.

Toronto Comic Arts Festival

Comic lovers should never miss this out! The Toronto Comic Arts Festival (TCAF) focuses on alternative and independent comics, but also includes other creative arts. Founded in 2003 by Peter Birkemoe and Chris Butcher of The Beguiling, they partnered with the Toronto Public Library to put up the two-day event. Hundreds of comics creators from around the world visit Toronto to participate at the TCAF. They held interviews, readings, art installations, panels, workshops, gallery shows, and so much more. In 2020, the TCAF will be held on May 9 and 10 at the Toronto Reference Library located at 789 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario.

Canadian National Exhibition

Popularly known as the Ex or CNE, the Canadian National Exhibition is one of the liveliest and most-awaited events by Torontonians and even foreign visitors. For 18 days, from August to September, various events take place at the Ex. They put up rides, games, shows, food stalls, and entertainments of all kind. Millions of people visit Toronto to attend CNE and is expected to continuously grow this year. The Canadian National Exhibition is held at 210 Princes’ Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario.
